Heal Your Gut and Support Metabolic Health

Tired of Bloating, Fatigue, and Brain Fog No One Can Explain?

If you’ve been told “everything looks normal” but you still feel bloated, exhausted, or mentally foggy, it’s time for a new approach. Our gut health program uncovers what standard labs often miss — and gives you a clear, practical path to healing. 🌻

Backed by science. Built with real support. Tailored to you.

Chronic Symptoms with No Clear Cause? It All Starts in Your Gut.

Many people think gut issues only show up as digestive issues. But your gut affects so much more than just digestion, it impacts your brain, hormones, immune system — and just about every other system of the body. That’s why dysfunction in your gut can trigger a domino effect of symptoms, including:

  • Constant fatigue or energy crashes
  • Brain fog or memory issues
  • Bloating, gas, or irregularity
  • Thyroid or hormonal imbalances
  • Skin flare-ups, rashes, or acne
  • Stubborn weight gain
  • Joint pain or autoimmune symptoms
  • Type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes (metabolic syndrome)

If you’ve tried everything and nothing seems to help, it could be your gut crying out for support.

According to research from NCBI, 70-80% of your immune system lives in your gut.¹

Chronic Inflammation: The Real Enemy of Gut Health

Inflammation is a natural response from the body to begin the healing process. But constant, chronic inflammation keeps the body in a state of alarm, leading to various diseases.

In today’s world, many people are walking around in a state of chronic inflammation. If you have chronic inflammation, you have a gut health issue, even if you aren’t experiencing digestion-related symptoms like IBS or stomach pain. Regardless of how it’s showing up, you have a “leaky gut,” which can lead to many symptoms like IBS but also joint pain, fatigue, skin issues, and more.

Our gut health program helps lower chronic inflammation, heal leaky gut syndrome, and restore balance throughout the body. The result? You feel like yourself again.

Your Primary Care Provider Might Be Missing the Root Cause

Most conventional medical care focuses on managing symptoms, not fixing the system that caused them. When it comes to gut dysfunction, you might hear that your labs are “normal,” even when you feel far from it.

Here’s the reality:

✔ Your gut health influences nearly every major system in your body including metabolism.
✔ Your metabolism controls how your body uses energy, handles inflammation, and detoxifies.
✔ If either is out of balance, your whole body can suffer — even if it doesn’t show up on standard bloodwork.

At Simply Southern Chiropractic Center, we offer a science-backed, practitioner-developed gut health protocol that supports healing from the inside out.

A Proven 3-Phase Plan for Gut Repair

Our comprehensive protocol is designed to heal your gut lining, clear harmful invaders, restore metabolic balance, and rebuild your body’s natural defenses.

Phase 1: HEAL & SEAL

Calm inflammation, remove hidden gut disruptors (like Candida or parasites), and seal the gut lining to stop toxic overload and nutrient loss.

Phase 2: DETOX & DE-STRESS

Support your liver and kidneys to safely clear toxins, while rebalancing stress hormones like cortisol and insulin that can sabotage healing.

Phase 3: RESTORE & REPLENISH

Rebuild your microbiome, restore stomach acid, support immune function, and reintroduce foods with clarity and confidence.

Each phase includes targeted supplements, a structured nutrition plan with easy and delicious recipes, and hands-on practitioner support.

Why This Program Works When Others Don’t

At SSCC, we don’t offer quick fixes or trendy gut cleanses. We offer a complete healing system built on these five pillars:

🍎 Personalized nutrition – An elimination diet and pulse-based food testing help identify your body’s unique sensitivities.
🧬 Targeted detox – We support your body’s ability to clear toxins — without triggering re-circulation or systemic overwhelm.
🔬 Clinically effective supplements – Practitioner-grade formulas designed to repair and restore.
💬 Hands-on guidance – You’ll receive daily structure and expert support — no guesswork, no going it alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the gut health program?

This depends on your individual needs and health goals. For example, we can support individuals with thyroid conditions, fibromyalgia, and metabolic disease with this program, but this will change the length of each phase. We tell patients to expect to be on the program for a minimum of 90 days before transitioning to maintenance care.

How long before I can expect to see results?

Most people notice improvements in their energy and mental clarity in 2-3 weeks.

Will I have to change my diet on this program?

Eating a healthy anti-inflammatory diet that temporarily eliminates certain harmful foods is an essential part of this program. However, we offer a collection of healthy and delicious recipes for you to follow, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and healthy snack options. The goal is to eat foods that help you feel full and nourished, not to excessively restrict calories.

What if I don’t have any stomach or digestive issues, is this program for me?

All chronic health conditions and symptoms result from chronic inflammation, which starts with the gut. This program aims to heal the gut and lower inflammation, which will have a positive impact on all symptoms, including chronic pain, brain fog, low energy, autoimmunity, and more.

Can I expect to lose weight on this program?

Yes, some weight loss is normal on the program. Weight loss is a natural result of normalizing healthy eating habits, curbing cravings for sugar and toxic fats, and reducing foods that cause inflammation.

Can I do this program if I’m taking a GLP-1 medication?

Yes! This program is complimentary with any GLP-1 medication such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, or others.
