This might surprise you, but we typically don't ad This might surprise you, but we typically don't adjust you on your first visit. Why? It’s for your safety. Your first appointment is all about getting to know you, understanding your medical history, and taking any necessary x-rays so we can see if you have any preexisting conditions or other underlying issues that might require us to provide treatment options other than hands-on adjustments. Then comes one of the most important appointments you’ll have in our office — your review of findings. During this visit, your doctor will: 🦴 Review your x-rays with you 🦴 Explain what they're seeing and how it relates to your symptoms 🦴 Show you which areas of your spine and nervous system may be affected 🦴 Create a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for you After that, our team will walk you through everything from recommended soft-tissue therapies to scheduling and payment options so you’ll know exactly what to expect moving forward. Only once we’ve done all of the above do we start with your first adjustment. We are committed to helping you make informed decisions about your care while ensuring your safety and well-being at all times.

Meet Dr. Mary Frances Duncan. A Greer, South Car Meet Dr. Mary Frances Duncan. A Greer, South Carolina native, Dr. Duncan's path to chiropractic began at @furmanu before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from @palmercollege. While Dr. Duncan started her four years at Furman thinking she wanted to go to law school and become a judge, she ended up pursuing a very different goal: becoming a chiropractor and helping people heal naturally and improve their quality of life. Since opening Simply Southern Chiropractic Center in 2015, she has had the privilege of caring for patients of all ages while building a practice centered on personalized care and excellent patient service — not to mention incredible office interior design! Whether she's adjusting patients, mentoring our team, or advocating for the chiropractic profession, Dr. Duncan is passionate about helping people live healthier, more active lives. We're grateful to have her leading our practice! 🤩

Dr. Robbins is a true team player and Dr. Duncan’s right-hand man who goes above and beyond to help his coworkers and our patients. He is hardworking, dependable, and selfless and we are so grateful he is part of our team here at SSCC. Earlier this month we celebrated him with an orchid for his new home 🪴 and a birthday dinner with Dr. Duncan at @chophouse47! Happy Birthday, Dr. Robbins!
